There are a number of options available for learning how to administer the DOCOVA environment, or for getting support with an issue.

Administering a DOCOVA environment is fairly straight forward, provided you have an understanding of how all the pieces fit together. We highly recommend that all DOCOVA Administrators participate in one of our Administration Training programs. These sessions are available via web meetings, and can use your system as the ‘whiteboard’ so that you are learning about your system, not a simulated environment.
