The latest release improves content and document shareability and access to business information through mobile and cloud enhancements, along with several user experience upgrades.

V3.5 continues with DOCOVA’s mantra of enabling any project team, department or organization to Start Simple, Go BIG! Two major enhancements contained in DOCOVA V3.5 are sure to delight Administrators and Developers alike. The backend administration and the development environment for creating or modifying DOCOVA-based forms or applications are now fully web-enabled. In addition, Administrators can enable business users to use the new development environment, allowing users to create or modify their own applications or forms within the DOCOVA environment.

DOCOVA V3.5 supports mobile on Android, Blackberry, iOS and Windows.  Access, browse and/or search content libraries to view any document, record or file from anywhere, anytime.

Another significant enhancement is DOCOVA’s “Be the Cloud” capability. Organizations can implement the multi-instance DOCOVA within their own private cloud. Be the Cloud provides many of the benefits of a public cloud-based service by enabling organizations to quickly launch a new DOCOVA instance for secure file sharing, collaboration, and broader process and document management with external customers, workers, contractors and suppliers, all within their own network.

Along with several additional enhancements, DOCOVA continues to provide the enterprise-grade solution without the enterprise-grade price with the V3.5 release.
